I found a great blog that everyone should know about. It's Misleading Advertising Law by Michael Webster, an attorney in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It's very rare for me to find anyone I consider a good source of due diligence.

Michael's blog is full of great posts on due diligence for franchises, multi-level marketing, the prime bank con, ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes and lots more.
